Happy 34th Birthday, Liz!
Safe travels, Grandma, Grandpa, Grandpa
Grant, and Grandma Eleanor!
Compared to birthdays and world travel; my
day has been very boring. We had a quiet
day at school; band practice was fun as we get ready for our next ‘gig’ playing
at the seniors’ Valentine’s Day party; and our teen praise team practice was
all about getting ready for our Easter sunrise service. Michael had dinner at my house between
practices; he came back after we were done at the church so we could do our
homework and a Magi lesson; and then he went home and I got going on my bedtime
work and studying.
I only saw Liz for a minute this morning
while dropping off her gift and picking up Naomi on the way to school, but she’s
having a good day; and we won’t talk about her kid-free night except to mention
that Naomi is staying here with Ehlana while Eli is at Zack’s house for the
night. My favorite grandparent travelers
are doing fine, but are still in-transit to Europe; and won’t be at their first
work destination until Thursday – mostly because that archive is out in the
middle of nowhere and requires a travel day up into the mountains.
You can read all about those travels in
their journals, though, and it’s late; so I just want to get some sleep. Chalk this day up to being one of those good
ones without any particularly-interesting news.
There’s always hope for tomorrow – especially when we have a work day;
and I might be able to get my work done and go to bed early!
Okay, that’s a bit boring for any teen, but
being sleep-deprived is likely making me a bit delusional; so I’d better just
call it a night and get started on my nap.
Until next time...
...May the Magi Force be with you!
