I definitely felt better this morning, and
that worked out well to help me get through what has been a very busy work day.
I got called in to help with the breakfast
rush due to a sick call; spent a lot of time at the Inn today; and worked on
chores and the family business when not there.
Michael and I worked until close; the extreme heat made that a tough job
even for those of us that got to work the dining room; and then we hopped in
the river to cool off after we were done work.
Michael’s coming over here soon, but we
split up to take showers and get changed.
I’m writing this update now because there is a good chance that I’ll
keep him for a sofa sleepover; but I’ll let you know whether that works out for
me or not with the next report. The
twins have Naomi and Aiden here too, but they’re hanging out with Mom in the
living room; so I don’t expect them to switch to the lounge when Michael gets
here – though a goodnight visit is likely – or a ‘spy mission’ or two if they’re
in the mood to try and mess with us.
That’s something I can keep you posted on
next time too, and I really want to get to the quiet cuddle time with Michael
now; so, until next time...
