The rain mostly moved on overnight; but we’ve
had a cloudy, humid day with a dash or two of rain thrown in just to keep
things a bit damp and having most of us staying close to home from the risk of
getting wet if too far from shelter.
That wasn’t an issue for Michael and
me. We were outdoors for Tai Chi and the
walks between our homes, church, and the Inn; and that was about it. We had a good morning; the work at the Inn
was exhausting; and it was past-eleven by the time we were able to come
home. Michael and I split up for the
night again because we’re saving up our sofa sleepovers for nights when we’re
not too tired to enjoy them; and I only grabbed a quick shower before getting
ready for bed and tucked in with Mandy.
Everyone here was already sleeping by the
time I got home; I plan on heading into dreamland now too; and I’ll just have
to catch up on my family business work in the morning while doing chores with
Mom. That’s really all I have for
personal news today; so, until next time...
