Happy 17th Birthday, Marcie!
Her special day was the big news – and entertainment
– of the day for my friends and classmates; but Michael and I could only manage
a cameo visit at her birthday party because we were too busy with band,
football, and our teen praise team practice.
Add in all of our classes; studying at lunchtime to try and get ahead of
the work tonight; more studying after we were done at the church; and my
time-phased work with the midnight time limit; and you can likely guess that my
day hasn’t been a non-stop party – even if it has been non-stop busy!
That’s also all that I have time for before
I turn into a pumpkin – though I’m pretty sure that Mom was just joking about
doing that to me; so, until next time...
