Ethan:
We didn’t mention in our last report that
Cassie and Michael made it safely to Catalina Island, and thanks to the time
change; they still had a lot of the day left to get started on their honeymoon
adventures. There are no other details;
and at least some of us don’t need to know how they’ve been spending their
first day or two of wedded bliss.
Here at home, we had some chores to do this
morning after Tai Chi and breakfast; the top adventure of the day was a trail
ride with Cody, May, Stefan, and Madelana that Naomi and Aiden came with us for
too; and then we had an easy dinner before my baseball practice; followed by a
quiet evening here because the teens were out with Rowen, Tim, and some other
friends. Mom took advantage of that to
do a Magi lesson; she and Dad are still working ahead so they’ll be ready when
we take next week off; and Ehlana and I got started on packing for that
trip. We’re going out to Quarry Lake
tomorrow – this time with even more kids to go along with the teens and some
adult support; so I’m going to wrap this up; call it a night; and get some
sleep.
