Cassie and Michael headed back to school early this morning; so Ethan and Ehlana needed their best friends to help cheer them up again today. Naomi and I did that by making our home school day as much fun as possible; and then taking our friends biking on the trails and playing at the park once we had our work done. It was even a bit warmer today than yesterday, so that worked out great for us; though we got a bit muddy too thanks to having some of our friends razz us into joining in on some semi-extreme riding in the woods.
We had to be in our own homes by dinnertime; my evening included some studying and a Magi lesson with Dad and Hailey; and then I needed a bath before heading to bed. Getting cleaned up again was part of the reason for the tub time, but we also have Naomi’s birthday tomorrow; so Ethan and I will be semi-dressing up to impress our favorite girls. A co-ed birthday sleepover is likely too; and Ehlana wouldn’t have fun with that if I stink! ;^)
That’s pretty much all I have for tonight. We’ve had a really good day; so I won’t mess up those happy thoughts with any bad news or commentary tonight. I want to get the extra sleep tonight to be ready for all of the fun we’re going to have tomorrow too; so I’m out of here!
