Christmas Video of the Day!
We have somehow picked up Cassie’s love for
vocal harmonies when it comes to favorite music; so here’s our pick for
tonight.
Ethan:
We did not have as much fun as our favorite
college shoppers did today, but it was still a good day – if a bit quiet while
those shoppers were out of town! ;^)
This was something of a wrap-up day at
school with final practices for the Christmas show tomorrow and finishing
holiday crafts and projects; so we had fun with our friends all day while doing
that. With May out of town, I wasn’t
surprised with Ehlana’s plan to play at the lab after school, so we had fun
there too; and then we’ve had a quiet evening at home with Mom since getting
back from the lab. She did another Magi
lesson with us while she could; and we’re in bed before Cassie and May get back
because they shopped all day; and then met up with Dad and the Malloys for a
late dinner. We had a bedtime vid chat
with Dad after he got back to his hotel, so we know they’re on the way home,
but even once they’re in town; Cassie has some running around to do; and won’t
be home until after we should be in bed and sleeping ahead of our
second-to-last school day – not to mention that we actually do want to be ready
for the Christmas pageant and, more-importantly; another pizza day!
Okay, that’s it for me tonight. It’s all holiday fun and games from here; so

Ehlana:
I wonder why Ethan didn’t even mention the
gossip news of the day – May’s set-up with Cody as her shopping buddy! That was even a top story among the girls at
school – though it’s really silly for the girls around my age to be upset about
their favorite single cowboy spending the day with May. I’m fairly-sure that Cody will not be waiting
for upwards of fifteen years to find his future wife; so my friends and
classmates with little-girl crushes on Cody are going to be disappointed.
The only other comment I have for tonight
is that I’m glad that we actually got to play at the lab today; since I won’t
get to be there doing ‘real’ work very much over the holidays. That’s okay, since I really do want to spend
more time with Cassie while I can; and this really is a good time to take a
break while I’m just getting started on my next projects now that we’ve
finished with the cold cure.
That holiday fun is going to kick up a few
notches tomorrow with the Christmas pageant and pizza day, so I’m going to get
to sleep now; and be ready to take my Christmas cheer up to the next level!
