Christmas Video of the Day!
Ethan can pretend that he doesn’t love the
Barbie movies too – strictly in defense of his reputation; but we do still both
love those shows – especially the Christmas movies. That’s why this song is one of our picks this
year.
Ethan:
Cassie, Michael, and May are not home yet,
but they are on the way; and are delayed due to travel problems including the
exodus from a college town for the holidays and accidents on the highways. Compared to that travel trouble and taking
two final exams; our day has been a blast of non-stop fun!
The highlight of our school day was the
pizza lunch, but we had fun with music, crafts, and other Christmas-themed
entertainment. We weren’t involved, but
the Seniors’ Christmas party was this afternoon too; so the band and some other
teens took care of the musical entertainment for that party in the church
reception hall. The teens have their
Christmas dance tonight too, but while Naomi teased me about not taking her to
it – even though it isn’t open to us anyway; I’m okay with waiting until we are
old-enough for those dating opportunities.
Dinner and a movie night with our family
and friends doesn’t count as a date either; though we did do some cuddling
while watching the Christmas movies – and I got razzed about that by Zack and
some of the other guys. I wish they’d
give that a rest, but will likely just have to put up with those jokes; since
there’s no chance at all that Naomi and I won’t have a lot of cuddle time
between now and when we’re old-enough that the guys won’t care anymore.
I actually need to get back to doing that
with Naomi soon, since we’re just in an intermission while the rest of our
guests head home before we get to the next show in the lounge; so I’d better
get this update done and move on.
After school, we had friends’ play time at
the park; dinner was pot-luck and a lot of fun; and the movie time has been
quiet – especially once we knew that Cassie would be late getting home. We’re going to try and stay awake until she
gets here with Michael and May so that they have a happy welcome home; but I’ll
have to let you know if that works out for us with the next report.
For now, I guess that is all I have; so I’ll
just get back to the Christmas movie fun – and cuddle time with Naomi! ;^)

Good job with this update, Ethan. I don’t have anything to add; so maybe I’ll
cover the shopping trip news for tomorrow – especially since Ethan might not
even notice half of what will go on at the mall and other stores anyway!
