Happy 4th Birthday, Julian

Happy 18th Birthday, Brock!
I had no involvement with Julian’s special
day, but he is a friend of our cousins; and I’m noting the day for future reference
related to that! Michael and I were
involved in Brock’s birthday at school, and made a quick appearance at his
party tonight, but we also had to work at the Inn because other friends took
the night off to go to that party; so we only got in on a bit of that fun too.
The weather was a bit warmer again today,
with the temperature hitting the low-sixties, and we were able to enjoy a bit
of that nice weather outdoors; but only a little thanks to school and
work. That did work out for Brock’s
party, though, so I’m happy about that.
Michael and I worked until close, and we have to work the breakfast shift
too, but I’m keeping him for a sofa sleepover – which is why this is just a
micro-update. I’m just getting ready for
bed; he’s getting the lounge set up for us to watch a movie and have bedtime
snacks and drinks; and we might even have a bit of time for a minor make-out
session before we’ll need to crash and nap for a while.
I’ll let you know how that goes with the
next report, but I need to get to that Michael and me alone time and sofa
sleepover now; so, until next time...
