Congratulations to the Connor clan – it’s a
boy!
William Connor was born late last night,
but before midnight. Mom and baby are
doing well from what we heard at church this morning, and while we didn’t get
to meet the newborn baby; we are all happy for William, his parents, and the
rest of his family.
I don’t really have any additional news for
today, though it seems funny to say that when the new baby was quite the
adventure for the doctors and nurse in our family as they took turns helping
with that over most of a day between a long labor and recovery that is still
ongoing – though Ellen and William are home now.
It was cooler and cloudy all day with a
spit of rain or two; I was indoors most of the day while at church, working at
the Inn, and the working and studying after I got home tonight. We worked on the Easter services sets and
costumes during Sunday school; the lunch and buffet dinner shifts at the Inn
were too busy; and I had a lot of work and studying to get done tonight –
including a long Magi lesson with Mom.
I’m exhausted; need to crash and nap; and
don’t have anything else to add; so, until next time...
