Ehlana and Ethan:
It has still been warm, but we’ve had a
rain day too; so that worked out for the lab-archives-study-work plan for today
while our friends preferred to stay indoors too. Tai Chi would have been better by the river
again, but that wasn’t an option without getting wet; and breakfast was normal
school day fare too instead of the special breakfasts we had while the cousins
were with us for the weekend. Our school
adventures were all about wrapping up current study modules and projects ahead
of March Break; testing was involved too; and the weather affected the fun
level with our friends while we were there too – if only in that our breaks
didn’t include very much entertainment beyond sitting and talking with our friends
instead of going out to play.
We were at the lab until later than we
should have been; Mom delayed dinner so we could still have that meal with Mom
and Dad; and then we worked or studied in the office for a real-time equivalent
of four hours. Add in some music play
time before this bedtime chat and twin-update; and that’s our news for the
day. There isn’t really any point in
adding a mid-term exam update for Cassie and Michael. They’re busy taking those exams and studying
with their friends; but we also know that they’ll earn top marks in everything
too – not to mention that they could teach all of their college classes if they
could reveal just how truly brilliant they are!
That isn’t going to happen anymore than we’ll start teaching high
school; but both are at least a bit funny to imagine. ;^)
Okay, it’s time to move on to nap mode, so
we’ll stay away from commenting on the myriad global issues tonight; wrap this
up; and get back to the real world again.
