Ehlana and Ethan:
Take yesterday; add in slightly-warmer
weather that made our bike ride more fun; and include a bit of back yard play
time between the biking and lab or archives adventure; and that’s pretty much
been our day. Cassie, Michael, and May
were at his house for dinner and the evening – and are still there; so we also
did a Magi lesson with Mom as part of our evening entertainment after
dinner. We also studied in the office
instead of the lounge; just finished up our music practice; and now we’re ready
to call it a night and get some sleep.
We’re also going to stay away from the news
of the day, and that’s probably the best way to stay happy; since, to be blunt,
there is a lot of stupid going on – including among too-many people who are
supposed to be the leaders of our world.
While a little rant might be fun, we really aren’t going there tonight;
and prefer to be happy. That’s true for
most of us here in our home town, and from what we’ve been hearing from Mom and
Dad; even the business owners are enjoying the break from the usual, non-stop
busy. That wouldn’t be true if there
were financial problems, but that really isn’t an issue here – and if it was;
our family business would just step in and help out anyway the same as we are
doing for anyone that does need some help to get through the next few weeks or
months.
Okay, that’s all for today. We’ve had fun; home schooling is working out
great for us – especially with the bonus lab and archives time; and it’s tough
for kids to get bored as long as we still have our toys to play with even when
we’re stuck at home for a lot of every day.
As long as we don’t lose our video games
and internet; we’ll be just fine! ;^)
