Ehlana, Ethan, Naomi, and Aiden:
This is a quick, pre-dinner update; so we
don’t have much news to report so far.
We had a rainy morning, so Mom put two of
us to work on chores while Cassie, Michael, and May were busy with video
lectures. They were doing that or
studying all day; and still have more to do tonight – mostly because Cassie and
Michael can’t speed up their work with time phasing. Lunch was at our own homes or the bakery; we
all met up for some afternoon biking that stayed off of the muddy trails in the
park; and then we’ve been hanging out here in the lounge since then – except for
a snack break in the office in-between lectures. Naomi and Aiden are here for the night
because we have a special birthday to celebrate tomorrow morning, but we’ll
have more on that with the next update.
We’ve been drafted to help out with dinner, and we need to move on to
that work now; so that’s all for today.
This may not seem like a very exciting
first school day of our break – at least so far, but we’re not dealing with the
problems that others around the world are facing right now; so we’ll be happy
for a good day and not complain about it being a bit on the boring side of
life! ;^)
