Ehlana and Ethan:
We’ve been busy with chores so far today and have had fun with the work with Mom and Dad, but we’re being set free for the rest of the day; and are going to be heading out soon to play with our friends and enjoy the weather with a high that is going to hit seventy. We’re also going to be at Sophia’s house tonight along with our four best friends; so this is going to be anther early and short report. We really need to catch up and include more in our journals, but the sun and fun is calling to us right now; so I can’t get motivated to do this instead – though I will get back to longer reports eventually – whether Ethan wants to do that too or not! ;^)
We had a blast last night with our friends, and while we had extra work too to help Mom and Dad with dinner and the rest of the usual entertainment-related work, we were also happy to do that for and with our friends; the gaming, music, and movie adventures were a hit; and we’d need a bigger lounge for the co-ed sofa sleepovers that some of our friends would like to join us for if they could get parental permissions too! That isn’t going to happen – the expansion, but we should likely do more sleepovers with some of our other friends as they pair up. That’s a bit of a challenge, since we are closest with Naomi, Aiden, Sophia, and Aaron; so we might just end up doing more camping adventures with the rest of our friends instead now that we’re getting closer to that being a regular option for us soon anyway.
For what is supposed to be a mini-update before we get back to the ‘real’ world again this is already more than I was going to write, but before we go; let’s do a Cassie and Michael update.
As we’ve mentioned, they are with May and Lee this weekend in Batumi, Georgia, and while that is an amazing coastal city; we’re getting warmer weather than they are with the highs in the fifties. From what we’ve heard so far, that isn’t keeping them from the sightseeing and other entertainment that May and Lee have planned for them, but then they are also, hopefully, near the end of their Saturday as we write this; and will be sleeping while we’re just getting to the best parts of our day. Okay, they’ll likely be up very late, since Cassie and Michael will be heading to Moscow by the time we’re at church tomorrow morning and then it might be years before they’ll get to see May and Lee in-person again, but we also don’t want them to get worn out when they still have weeks to go on this trip.
As always, we can keep you posted on their travels, and we will be writing about current events again soon too, but we really need to get going now; so that’s all for this report.
Until next time, live with love, fellow Magi of the Light!
