Ehlana:
Naomi and I had fun with her family this
morning – including Tai Chi for two indoors; church and Sunday school kept us
busy for the second-half of the morning; and then she had plans with her family
for the rest of the day – and so did I.
Dad had to work in the office to get ready for his week in the city, but
it didn’t really warm up much today, so while our friends and father were busy;
Ethan and I opted for a play afternoon at the lab and archives; Mom went along
so that Dad didn’t get distracted from his work; and we had fun for a few
hours. After too-many big meals at over
the holidays; we did not do the Sunday buffet at the Inn; had a quiet
meal-for-four at home; and then a bit of fun time after the clean-up. Add in Jacuzzi or bath time after that; and
we’re already to bedtime. We’re doing
that early because we’ll be up early for Dad’s trip to the city. I don’t have anything to add, so I won’t; and
move on to nap time starting right now.

I’ll leave this update to Ehlana, which you’ve
already read now that she’s taking the lead this decade for our journals; and
that’s entirely because I’m putting myself to sleep just thinking about
offering a report on my archives work today! ;^)
Seriously, I just don’t really have any
news. We’ve had a good day, but
uneventful; and I’d like to get the extra sleep because of our early wake-up
plans and what could be a busy week while Dad’s away – including a
fairly-important birthday and extra work plans at the lab and archives. Only some of that will seem exciting to
anyone else, but Ehlana and I love our work at the lab; so we’ll be happy.
