Ehlana:
While Cassie, Michael, and their friends
have spent another day playing at Universal Studios parks; we’ve had a quiet
day at school and home. This update is
early and ahead of our dinner and movie night, but we may be making up our
plans for the rest of the night as we go along; so we’re doing our reports now
in case that isn’t an option later.
It’s nearly time to head over to Uncle Mark
and Aunt Grace’s, but the only news I have is weather-related; since our school
adventures and hang-out time here in the lounge hasn’t included anything
interesting to write about. The
temperature drop from yesterday has felt a bit shocking; and we’re already
getting some icy-snow earlier than expected thanks to the freezing temperature
and below-freezing wind-chill. That
could affect our plans for tonight too, but I’ll keep you posted on that with
the next update. Ethan and I need to go
help Mom with carrying our food contributions down the street, though, and I
really don’t have anything else to add; so I’m out of here and on to what will
hopefully be more newsworthy entertainments with our family and some friends.

Ethan:
Tai Chi needed to be back indoors again
this morning; it has gotten colder as the day has gone along; and the snow has
already started. That’s better than a
lot of freezing rain first, but still feels strange after the biking and park
play time yesterday. We’ve had a good
day at school, if uninteresting; and some of us have been wishing that we were
warm and in Florida with Cassie and Michael today. That isn’t an option, but we do get to have
dinner and a movie night out – at the Everetts’ house; so that is at least a
minor adventure for us if not as awesome as a day filled with extreme thrill
rides.
Ehlana and I don’t have long before we need
to be downstairs and helping Mom; so I’ll wrap this up. Naomi and Aiden will be meeting up with us
again – and were here in the lounge before needing to visit the bakery, salon,
and home; so they’ll be joining in on the fun while three of their parents are
busy with work and Naomi’s Dad gets to have a guy evening with Eli. The rest of the news for the day will have to
wait until tomorrow; and I’ll go out and live it so that I’ll have something to
write about again tomorrow night.
That sounds weird, but still true; so I’ll
leave this update on that odd note; and move on.
