Ethan:
Happy 6th Birthday, Leah!
We were involved in Leah’s special day
through the family, but Ehlana and I were more like junior helpers with kid
control for our younger cousins and Leah’s friends. That might sound easy, but with Zack there
doing his best to show off for the other kids; that was a full-time job! ;^)
Leah’s party started not long after school
and continued through dinner. We had
fun, but were ready to move on to the Inn for game night by the time we were
finished dinner and the usual birthday desserts and gift time. We had a small gang with us for that walk to
the Inn, and more fun with the games, but then Dad needed to get to work; Mom
used a time-phase to help out with that; and we took advantage of that for our
own studies and Magi lessons. We got a
lot done, but now I’m tired; so that’s all I have; and I’m going to get started
on my nap now.

Ehlana:
Leah’s had a lot of fun today too – even with
Zack’s annoyances; and I’m glad that we got to help out. We’ve mentioned it many times before, but
Zack’s choice of ‘public’ persona can get ridiculous; and some of us wish that
he would tone it down. That won’t likely
happen because he thinks that his antics are funny; so we’ll have to hope that
he outgrows that sense of humor – or his friends do; and then pressure him to
stop.
If that doesn’t happen – be afraid,
everyone!
Ethan’s covered the basics of the news for
today, and the details don’t really matter; so I’m going to wrap up my report
now and get some sleep too.
