Happy 42nd Birthday, Aunt Leanne!
Our day began with seeing Dad off on his trip to the city; we followed that up with a nap; and then got our day started with Tai Chi by the river and a birthday breakfast for Aunt Leanne. That’s where we found out that Mom was taking Aunt Leanne to the city for a shopping day and a night out and five-star sleepover that Uncle Adam was going to join them for while we’re ‘on loan’ to Naomi’s parents. We’re only home right now to pack our overnight bags and collect Silkie; and we’re leaving our computers at home while busy with Naomi, Aiden, and her family.
The rest of our news for today can wait for our next report, but before we get on with our day; let’s do a quick update for our favorite travelers. Cassie and Michael are still in-transit to South America; and their first stop on the trip is Guyana. They’ll start out working in the capitol, Georgetown, but their plans include an inland site visit, and while Guyana has one of the smallest populations in South America; we’re going to do a lot of good there through our family businesses and charities. Cassie and Michael haven’t kept up with us while in the air or during their stops along the way, but we know exactly where they are and that they are safe; so we can play with our friends and not worry about them too much.
Mom, Dad, and Uncle Adam will make sure that Aunt Leanne has a happy birthday, and while we did our small part for that while at breakfast and helping with the work before school; we also won’t really need many details for her night away from home and without kids. Brianna and Lady, by the way, will be with Faith tonight; and we’ll try not to have any problems with Zack; since he’s going to be with Eli – and possibly interested in bugging us all night. That’s enough for now, and we want to get over to Naomi’s house; so we’re out of here.
