Ethan and Ehlana:
A rainy day probably seems appropriate for some people when commemorating nine-eleven, and they have actually had storms and rain in New York too, but we have to admit that the twenty-second anniversary today was not a major event for us here – though it was, as always, mentioned at school.
Getting rain off-and-on today affected our adventures because we spent most of our time indoors, and we’ve mostly worked all day too, but we also had fun; and got a lot done. Our academic adventures weren’t newsworthy; so the highlights of our day happened at the lab or archives – and we went there after school and ended up staying until nine-thirty. Mom dropped off picnic dinners for us so that we could stay and work that late; I loved the extra time with my books; and Ehlana is still happily on her way to becoming a billionaire researcher with projects ranging from curing cancer and other diseases to developing crops that will feed the world! The lab does not have a new cure to start marketing tomorrow, but Ehlana is excited; and that is always a good thing for BMR and all of us!
We came home and moved on to a Magi lesson with Mom, but that was all we were allowed to do before being sent up to our rooms; so now we’re winding down toward nap time with the usual bedtime twin chat and computing. Ehlana is still pretty fired-up, so we may need to stay up and talk for a while – or maybe play with our music, but that’s all of the news we have for today; so we’ll wrap this up and move on to whatever we decide to do until we are ready to sleep!
Until next time, live with love, fellow Magi of the Light!
