Happy 24th Birthday, Lucas Norton!
We haven’t been involved in his celebrations today, but Cassie and Michael hosted his birthday party with help from Jake, Stephanie, and others; and they kept Luke for the night too; so we don’t need to comment on what Lucas and Rebecca might be doing with their kid-free night. Having a happy day even with harvest ongoing has hopefully been possible for Lucas; and we wish the best for him in the coming year too.
Our day has been uneventful by comparison to birthday fun, but we are happy too. We had a good day at school after Tai Chi and breakfast with Mom; we played at the lab or archives after school; and had a quick, easy dinner with Mom before heading to the Inn for game night. Thanks to Lucas’ birthday party, there was a low turnout for the gaming; Naomi and I won the junior title; and Mom and Miranda surprised nobody by winning the senior title. Having fun was the important part of our evening; we succeeded with that; and have stayed happy since then. Mom did a Magi lesson with us after getting home – and after taking Silkie for a walk while seeing Naomi and Aiden to their homes. We didn’t do any extra work, but Ehlana and I did do a music practice for the band and our school band music. We had fun with that too; moved on to the bedtime computing and twin chat that we’re nearly finished with while writing this update; and it is pretty much time to crash and get some sleep now. There really isn’t anything else to add to this report; so let’s just call it a night and go there!
