Ehlana:
Game night at the Inn was the entertainment
highlight of the day for us, and while most kids and teens in big cities would
find that lame or boring; we love the play time with our families, friends, and
neighbors. The rest of our day has been
quiet – including at school; some lab time; and our dinner at home with Mom and
Dad. Ethan and I only did a short Magi
lesson with Mom after getting home from the Inn; and then it was bath or
Jacuzzi time while Dad continued to do his work in the office.
I love my Jacuzzi, and am still in it and
enjoying a long soak; so I’m going to wrap this up and get back to the hot,
bubbly wind down to the end of my day.
Stay tuned – the weekend is nearly here,
and while we won’t be able to celebrate Cassie’s birthday with her in person;
we will try to have a fun, happy weekend too.

Ethan:
We’ve had a good day, and while the
game-play at the Inn was the only ‘official’ entertainment time on our
schedule; Ehlana and I had fun at school and the lab or archives today too. Ehlana would include her Jacuzzi time as
being fun-time on her schedule, but I kept my bath short; and will do some
bedtime archives reading instead while she’s enjoying the longer soak in her
tub.
I don’t really have anything else to add
for today, but we could have another nice weekend – for early-February, and we
do have Cassie’s birthday and Valentine’s Day coming up; so our fun level will
go up for the next week or so; and we’re looking forward to those adventures.
