Ethan:
Dad and I did chores today; I had some play
and biking time with Aiden and some of the other guys this afternoon; we had a
guys’ pizzeria pizza dinner; and then a work or study night in the office –
though we wrapped that up after Mom and Ehlana got home from their trip to the
city. We spent an hour or so hanging out
with them; Ehlana and I watched a show in the lounge and talked some more after
Mom and Dad headed for bed; and that’s all I have for my side of our report for
the day.
Ethan – out!

Ehlana:
The trip to Crystal Springs was uneventful –
and started much later than Cassie’s trip there with Rowen and Madelana. We had a blast with the dress fittings;
Cassie tried on the only one she knew was for her; and we didn’t need all that
long to get the rest of the dresses for the bridal party picked out after
that. Brianna and Faith had more fun
doing a little fashion show before their dresses were picked out; and then we
had a round of dress fittings to deal with before moving on to the mall food
court for lunch. Cassie, Rowe, and
Madelana went along for that quick meal, but then they headed home again so
that they could get back on campus in time for Serena’s evening ball game.
We were in the city; so shopping was a
must. The mall browsing kept us
entertained for a few hours; we moved on to Wal-Mart for our supply shopping;
and then picked up fast food to go once we were ready to head home again. I should mention that the ‘we’ I’m referring
to didn’t include Stephanie and Rebecca.
They did some shopping with us; but wanted to be home for the dinner
rushes at the Inn and Pizzeria; so they left early. By the time we dropped everyone in our van
load off at their homes and delivered their supplies and purchases; it was
heading toward nine o’clock. Ethan’s
already mentioned the family time and twin chat in the lounge; so I’ll just add
a few shopping notes. I picked up some
gifts for upcoming events; a dress and a couple new spring outfits; and one
pair of shoes. Add in some Easter-themed
treats that we can share with our friends over the next week or so, and a few
basic girl supplies; and that’s the extent of my purchases today.
The travel and shopping fun has tired me
out; so that’s it for tonight. I loved
getting to see Cassie today; and can hardly wait until she gets home for Easter
– even though that’s going to be a very short visit. We do have a lot of holiday fun to look
forward to over the next week, though; so I’m going to crash and nap now while
I can still get a decent night or rest.
This is Ehlana Proctor; coming to you live
from what is now my past!
