Heirs of the Magi News Flash!

***Heirs of the Magi News Flash!*** The annual fall festival is now behind us, and Cassie and Michael are heading out on their fall trip - this time to the South Pacific! They'll miss out on the Halloween fun at home and the rest of the high school football season, but all of that time in tropical paradises will likely be worth those little sacrifices! Some favorite grandparents will be away for adventures in Arizona or elsewhere too, but our favorite Magi staying at home are sure to have a lot of fun anyway. We'll have all of the adventure highlights from home and away right here for you each day; so... ...Visit Witch Falls often to keep up with all of our latest stories; and Happy Reading! P.S. Thank-you to everyone enjoying our stories from Witch Falls as we have passed five-hundred thousand views!

Ehlana's and Ethan's Journals - May 21, 2020

Ehlana and Ethan:

Happy 7th Birthday, Kendra Byrd!

We’re mentioning her special day because she was able to have a socially-distanced birthday party with some friends and family; they did that at the park for more room to spread out; and we stopped to wish her the best while having our own fun at the park and on the trails this afternoon.  Birthday parties are still weird, but that is an improvement; so there’s hope for our birthday next month!

Our day hasn’t been birthday-party-level fun, but we’ve had another awesome day.  It has also been another rinse-and-repeat to the last two days; so we don’t really have any news to write about for our studying, biking, or camping adventures – especially since this is also another early update and we still have the camping fun ahead of us.

There is a bit of family news, but that isn’t exciting; since most of our out-of-town relatives are cancelling their weekend visit plans.  The weather forecast is looking very wet, and while the daily timing for the rain isn’t certain; large groups stuck indoors for three days won’t really work out; and we won’t have a picnic on Monday at all if we get rain.  That’s partly because of social distancing, but even if we tried to do that at the school; they don’t want to then need to disinfect the entire school.  We’ll have more on this story as we head into the weekend, but this could end up being yet another quiet holiday – even if we do get out and play now and then.

We have our ongoing fun with our friends and family to get back to now; so that’s it; and we’re out of here and back to the real world.

This is Ehlana and Ethan Proctor; live from the hidden home of the Magi of the Light – and May the Magi Force be with you!
