Happy 22nd Birthday, Denise Burroughs!
Cassie and Michael are going to stop in at Denise’s party, but other than that; our family isn’t involved in her special day.
Our adventures so far today included chores this morning; and a canoe trip that included a picnic lunch. We didn’t end up going all the way to the whirlpool, but that was mostly because we weren’t that energetic; and opted for a nice picnic spot along the way upriver that also worked for a good swimming spot. We got back in time to set up tents along the river in the combined back yards for the Carringtons and Everetts; and this update is coming to you ahead of dinner and our evening plans for the camping and an outdoor movie or two.
That’s really all we have time for right now, so we’ll also only add that Ehlana and Naomi had a lot of fun at the birthday party yesterday and last night – especially with the girl chat time; and that’s the most important news for them anyway. We really do need to get going, since dinner will be starting soon and we already missed out on the work; so stay tuned for the rest of the news from today with our next update while we get back to the real life fun with our family and friends!
