Ethan and Ehlana:
The co-ed sleepover at Aiden’s last night was definitely a highlight of our Tuesday; and we loved starting this morning with Tai Chi by the river and a bakery treats breakfast that Hailey and Leah joined us for once they got around to waking up. Our lab plans for the morning were canceled by the parents due to yard chores that they wanted done early thanks to the risk of thunderstorms over the next couple of days. We worked together to get three lawns mowed and basic garden weeding done; we wrapped all of that up by a bit after one o’clock; and then we took a picnic and two canoes and headed upriver for some paddling and swimming fun. That kept us busy until near-dinnertime; the Ayres hosted that pot-luck barbeque meal; and then we were busy babysitting for the evening – with help from Sophia, Aaron White, and a bit of teen support that was mostly only for emergencies. We played at the park during the co-ed ball practices; and then it was back to the Ayres’ home for more babysitting while a gang of our favorite adults headed over to the pub for a couple of hours.
After doing an update about babies and toddlers, we were happy to include many of those same kids in our group tonight; and we seem to make a pretty good team with Sophia and Aaron. They have unofficially crossed over together; so there is a very good chance that we’ll be adding another couple to our quartet more-often – though we might need to think about a change in furniture for the lounge if we’ll need co-ed cuddle room for three couples! ;^)
That isn’t an issue tonight because Sophia has a couple of junior sleepover buddies that went home with her once we were finished with the babysitting – and Aaron wasn’t one of them. Mom and Dad were part of the group that stopped in for kids at a bit after eleven o’clock; we came home with them; and Naomi and Aiden are with us for co-ed sleepover night number two for the week. We’re getting away with that – and one more tomorrow night – by doing one at each house this week. Right now, we’re taking care of our bedtime computing while Naomi and Aiden are taking their turns with getting cleaned up and ready for bed. That’s also pretty much all we have for this report. I’ll be able to take my turn at a shower in a few minutes, and if I time that right; Naomi and I will be able to get started on that co-ed cuddling not long after she’s done in the Jacuzzi. Aiden will have to wait for Ehlana, but he’ll survive. He must’ve heard me writing his name and is done in the shower; so I need to get going again. This has been a good day; we’re sure that it will end as awesomely as the last one; and we’re ready to go and prove that starting right now!
Until next time, this little blast from your near or distant past is written for you with love from Ethan and Ehlana Proctor – twin junior Magi Masters of the Light!
