Ethan and Ehlana:
The campfire last night was awesome; and then we really loved wrapping up our day with a late-night chat and cuddle time with our best friends in our tent followed by a co-ed nap time! Tai Chi by the river this morning was great too; we followed that up with a hot breakfast that included a video chat with Cassie and Michael; and then we had fun at church and Sunday school for a couple of hours.
Our afternoon was comparatively-quiet, but we had fun biking the trails, swimming, canoeing, and playing at the park with some friends. Dad had a lot of work to get done today, so he was stuck in the office; and Mom stayed with him for most of that time. We won’t comment on what they might have been doing for fun breaks while we were out of the house; and yes, there is likely good reason for us not to want those details! ;^)
Moving along, we had an easy-dinner after getting home for the night while our friends went home too; we helped with some of the work including the dinner clean-up; and spent a bit of time with Mom and Dad in the office before being sent upstairs for bath or Jacuzzi time. That’s pretty much all we have for tonight. We’re tired after staying up a bit too-late last night; need to get up early to see Dad off on his trip to the city; and we’re ready to get started on our nap time. Our last week at school will mostly be play time, so we’re looking forward to that; and then it will be even better to start our summer break next weekend! We really should rest up for all of that fun, though, so while we do that; and until next time...
