Ethan and Ehlana:
Our first day of June has been a mix of happy and sad. Getting the sad out of the way first; we said goodbye to Cassie, Michael, and May this morning before they hit the road and we went to school. Cassie won’t be back until the next holiday weekend; and we’re going to miss her a lot. On the happier side of life, we had decent weather today with only a dash of a shower this afternoon; we had a good day at school; and had a blast with the after-school biking, baseball practices, and pizzeria pizza picnic dinner! By the time we got home again, bath or Jacuzzi time was required by at least two of us; we got cleaned up first; and then moved into the office for work or study time with Mom and Dad – along with leftover pizza snacks and cold drinks. Thanks to Mom’s time phasing, we all have our work done and it isn’t past-three in the morning – though it feels like it. That’s why we’re going to wrap this up now; go get some sleep; and try not to spend any time missing our favorite collegians tonight. They have arrived safely, and Cassie is already getting to work on her summer T.A. job as well as resuming her Master’s Degree studies. We don’t want to go there either, so we won’t do that when sleeping is an option. We are going to be busy through the rest of the week – including with first baseball games of the season on the weekend. We’ll have more on that with our next updates, but, until next time...
