Ehlana and Ethan:
The big news of the day has been the start of the fall festival set-up at the park – which is happening already because the festival is going to start on Thursday this year so that the area schools and other groups can socially distance while still having fun at the festival. We had a good home-school day with Mom, our cousins, and friends; followed that up with the biking and play time at the park that included watching some of the work going on there to assemble the midway rides; and it has been a quiet study or work evening around here since dinnertime.
With the festival coming up this weekend, Dad has a lot to get done to get ready for his next trip to the city; and we expect to have another couple of work nights before getting to the best fun on our schedule for this week. That work included a fair bit of time-phased studying, so we’re also tired and ready to get some sleep. That is an option now, and we don’t really want to get into any serious news tonight – so we won’t go there.
Maybe we’ll just stick to the happy-rated kind of news all week, but whether we do that or not, that is all we have for tonight; so we’ll wrap this up and get started on our naps.
