Ehlana's and Ethan's Journals - October 21, 2020

Ehlana and Ethan:

Happy 9th Birthday, Paige Spencer!

This was a home school day, but Paige’s party still started after normal school time so that all of her girlfriends could attend.  Naomi and I had more fun than Ethan and Aiden while at her party, but we missed out on the music practice that they had without us; and the biking at the park.  Naomi and I didn’t really miss that, since we had some rain today; and we’re not really fans of getting muddy while biking the trails.  Paige’s party was normal for girls our age; so I’ll only mention that we loved the pizzeria pizza dinner, the Olde Bakery cake, and the top entertainment was one of Paige’s favorite Halloween movies – Hocus Pocus.  We love that show too, so that worked for Naomi and me; and the girl chat time was great too.  We love our favorite boys, but some girls-only time now and then is nice to have too.

Ethan liked having Mom and Dad to himself for a few hours too; they had dinner soon-after he got home from the biking – and a clean-up; and they worked or studied this evening while I was having fun.  Mom did a Magi lesson with us after I got home; we were sent for bath or Jacuzzi time after that; and now we’re doing the usual twin bedtime chat.  That’s all of the news from home, and while the news from around the world seems never-ending this year more than others – at least for our limited time on this planet so far; we’ll skip writing any commentary on current events.  Those stories seem to have a shelf life that lasts minutes or hours instead of days, weeks, or months as in the past; so it is likely impossible for anyone in the future to keep up with every story anyway – though we do have those records in our archives and will continue to do that as long as that is an option for us.

A ramble about nothing important isn’t worth continuing; so we’ll just wrap this up; continue our twin time until we’re ready to call it a night; and then we’ll go get some sleep.

This is Ehlana and Ethan Proctor; live from the hidden home of the Magi of the Light – and May the Magi Force be with you!
