Ehlana and Ethan:
Happy 20th Birthday, Madelana! Happy 21st Birthday, Lucas!
Family gifts were sent for Madelana and Lucas, but we didn’t have any personal contact or vid-calls with either of them today. We do know that they’ve had happy days – even with their college classes and studies; so we’re happy for them.
Our top news of the day is that Naomi and the Phantoms has been invited to play on Saturday at the Haunted Halloween Walk – an early set to entertain the younger kids. We suspect that someone in the family put a word in for us with the event organizers; but haven’t had anyone admit to it. That is why our costumes were finished today – and why we had a music practice once we had our online lessons and assignments finished for our home-school day. That was the fun highlight of our day, but we also wanted to be at the lab and archives today; so we headed there for a couple of hours; had some play time; and then came home again in time for a late dinner.
Since then, we’ve been working or studying in the office with Mom and Dad; a Magi lesson was part of that work; and then we wrapped up in time for bedtime bath or Jacuzzi time. ‘Early’ is relative, since time-phasing was involved; and we put in a full-evening of studying – even if it isn’t really late in ‘real’ time yet. We’d offer more news, but to be honest; we’re just tired of the never-ending idiocies that seem to be all-important to politicians and reporters instead of dealing with any of the serious, real problems in the world. We also don’t want to get into a rant, so we’re just going to wrap this up; finish our twin bedtime chat; and then go get some sleep.
