Ehlana and Ethan:
Rain did roll through the area this
morning; so we had a work session at the lab until it cleared up and while
everything dried up once the sun did come out again. That kept us busy until lunchtime; we did a
picnic for that with Naomi and Aiden; and then we played with them all
afternoon. We biked and swam in the
river; played some back yard games; and then we’ve been with our own families
since dinnertime – mostly because there could be more rain or thunderstorms
overnight. We are hoping for an extended
stretch of camping starting tomorrow night, but we’ll let you know how that
goes for us with the next updates.
For now, all we have left to cover is an
easy barbeque dinner; we all worked or studied around here after dinner – and Cassie
had a night class; so there just isn’t anything newsworthy to write about
tonight. We wrapped up our studying in
the lounge with a music practice; just finished tub or Jacuzzi breaks; and now
we’re going to get some sleep and rest up in the hopes that we will be having
those camping adventures with our best friends for the rest of the week.

Our stay-at-home lives will be getting more-interesting through the rest
of the week; and we are looking forward to what is starting to feel like our
summer holidays – even though we do technically have three more days to go
before they officially begin.
