Ethan and Ehlana:
Happy 12th Birthday, Eli Seager!
We’re a bit busy today; so this is just a quick, placeholder update. The overnight rain has moved out of the area, so we’re expecting decent weather for the football game tonight with a game-time temperature still in the seventies and a hopefully not-too-wet field. Ehlana and I are only home between school and the game to get ready for our cameo appearance at Eli’s birthday party, and we’re going to help out with some of the work too; so we really can’t stay here for much longer. Tai Chi was indoors this morning thanks to the rain and wet ground; we had a hot breakfast with Mom; and then our academic adventures kept us entertained through to now. We can report that Dad and Anna Marie will be home soon – though we’ll be at the Seagers’ before they get here; so we won’t see him until we’re all at the school for the game.
The rest of our story for today will have to wait for our next update. We need to go now, but can mention that we’ll be hosting the co-ed sleepover after the game tonight – and that’s partly to give Naomi a break from the guys that will be at her house overnight. We really need to save everything else for tomorrow night; so that’s all we have for this report and we’re out of here.
