Ehlana and Ethan:
We’ve had a good morning with Tai Chi and breakfast for six; the chores work was occasionally-entertaining and included some Magi-powered fun; and we had an easy-lunch too before Mom and Dad set us free for the rest of the day. We’ve just finished packing our overnight bags; and this update is happening before we head out to meet up with Naomi and Aiden at their homes. We’re going to help them out with some chores too; and then we’ll all go to Cassie and Michael’s home for the rest of the day and our co-ed sleepover. The ‘polar vortex’ is definitely here and we have no intention of spending much time outdoors. It hasn’t really warmed up at all today and it is going to get even-colder tonight; so staying in will likely be very popular for everyone in the area.
The rest of our news for today can wait for our next report, since we really do need to get going. The faster we can get the chores done at Naomi’s and Aiden’s houses; the quicker we can get to the play time with Cassie and Michael. By the way, we are also packed and ready for Naomi’s birthday tomorrow. The cold is sure to make a difference for her special day too, but I’ll leave it up to Ethan to make sure she stays warm and happy for the rest of the weekend – whatever we end up doing for her celebrations with family and friends! ;^)
