Happy 47th Birthday, Claire Norton!
Dad and Aunt Leanne hosted a birthday lunch for Claire that Cassie and Michael attended along with her family and friends, but we were busy at school; and missed out on the fun. The top news of the day has been the warmest temperatures of the week, and while reaching the high-seventies was great, there was also some rain to dampen the outdoor adventures. We still spent some time outside at school and went for a bike ride after school during a break in the showers. We didn’t spend any time with Cassie and Michael because they were busy at their house and then with Jake and his family on one of their days off from the Inn. That’s why we spent some time at the lab or archives when some showers ended our biking; Mom and Dad had a late dinner with us after we got home; and we took care of the clean-up before wrapping up our evening with some family business work, a Magi lesson, and bath or Jacuzzi time.
That’s all we have for tonight, and we’re ready to get some sleep now; so we’re out of here and back to the ‘real’ world.
