Ethan and Ehlana:
We’ve had an awesome day-so-far; and this update is early because we’re currently taking turns with getting ready to go out for dinner – this time with just Mom, Dad, Cassie, Michael, Naomi, and Aiden while everyone else that stayed here last night headed home a little while ago. Our sleepover last night was better for Ehlana and Naomi than Aiden and me, but Zack and Eli didn’t take their games too-far; and mostly just kept us up too-late.
Tai Chi at the hotel was fun; we went out to Dad’s usual diner for breakfast; and then we had a break while everyone that wasn’t staying tonight too packed up and checked out of the hotel. We headed for our favorite mall after that; and our shopping adventure began. We don’t need to get into the details. The girls had the most fun; we were all kept busy through our food court lunch break. We moved on from the mall after lunch; stopped at our favorite toy store and Wal-Mart for gift or supply shopping; and then we came back to the hotel while the rest of our gang headed for home. There was a long round of goodbye hugs and kisses before we split up; and then the homeward-bound gang stopped for fast food before hitting the highway.
This update is early because we’re planning on spending the rest of the day having fun; and there might be a co-ed five-star sleepover for us as well as for the married couples! We’ll let you know how that goes for us, since we could be wrong about that part of our plan, but we will still have fun with dinner and the rest of our evening plans; and will have all of that news with our next report. For now, we need to go and take our turns at getting ready; so we’re out of here!
