Happy 23rd Birthday, Rebecca!
We did not help with Rebecca’s special day – and probably made it tougher for her thanks to Pizzeria Pizza day at school and Pizzeria pizza for Caleb’s birthday dinner party! Naomi and Aiden helped us out with being drafted to help with Caleb’s party too, and thanks to a warmer day with a high in the low-sixties; we took the afternoon party fun outdoors and took the gang to the park for biking and playground fun. Our academic adventures were good; Caleb’s party was a blast – even with the usual kid-rated weird that Zack and Eli led for Caleb and their friends; so we were both happy and tired by the time we headed over to Naomi’s house for the night. The co-ed sleepover is at Naomi’s tonight because the parents decided that Mom and Dad should get a break ahead of the kids’ Christmas shopping trip to the city. We’re good with that – or any other plan that includes co-ed time with our favorite cuddle buddies! ;^)
We have had a long day, so we’re winding down with a Christmas movie and cuddle time; and we need to get some sleep soon so we’ll be ready for all of the shopping fun. That’s why we’re going to wrap this up now, but stay tuned; since we expect to have a lot to write about by tomorrow night!
