Happy 22nd Birthday, Stefan Reardon!
That news makes our update today because we joined in on a breakfast video chat with Cassie and Michael when they called Stefan – and Madelana; and that little blast of entertainment was the highlight of our morning. Tai Chi was indoors due to rain; and our academic adventures were all indoors today too. We also stayed inside for our after-school fun at the lab or archives – in-part because Cassie and Michael were busy with his family again. We stayed late at the lab; had a leftovers dinner for two that Mom saved for us; and we’ll pretend not to know why our parents seemed especially happy after a bonus few hours of kid-free time! Mom did a Magi lesson with us after we ate and cleaned up; sent us to bed after that; and now we’re winding down with the usual bedtime computing and twin chat.
As you’ve likely already surmised, our ball practices were rained out today; and the only other news we have for tonight is about the Galleria. From what Dad told us tonight; all of the stores are ready for the wine-and-cheese open house tomorrow and the official opening on Thursday. We’ll be attending that open house tomorrow evening and definitely go shopping on Thursday; so stay tuned for those reports – along with a surprise that we’ll save until one of those next two reports.
For now, we just need to wrap this up and get some sleep; so that’s all for tonight!
