Ethan:
This micro-update is coming to you early –
and ahead of most of the fun parts of our day because we’re going to put our
computers away for the night and just have fun with our family and friends –
starting with dinner and a movie night; and then moving on to a sleepover with
our best friends. We had a good day at
school; some biking on the trails adventure time with our friends after that;
and this break is mostly because at least one of us needed to get changed thanks
to hitting a muddy section or three on those trails at the park.
I’ll have the highlights from the rest of
our day with the next report, but that’s all for tonight; and it’s time for me
to get back to the start of our weekend play time.

I’m good with that – and our plans for the
rest of the night.
I’ll also mention that Ethan’s motivation
for the early update might have something to do with the near-certainty that
cuddling with Naomi later tonight will be an option; and his interest in using
his computer is usually near-zero when that happens! ;^)
We don’t have the full gang here for the
dinner-and-movie night, but this will be the last one before Grandma and
Grandpa head south after the fall festival; so the Carringtons will be here;
and we’ll definitely have fun – even if Zack is in a showing-off mood
tonight. I’ll let you know how that
goes, but it’s time for me to move on too; so I will.
