Ethan and Ehlana:
We had fun last night with the dinner, co-ed baseball and play time with the kids; and then Naomi and Aiden joined us for a Magi lesson with Mom and a band practice after we got home from the park. For the record, Mom did not go out to the pub for a couple of hours with some of her friends because of our music, but Aunt Leanne had fun with the jokes. A movie wasn’t really watched while we cuddled and talked until late; we enjoyed the co-ed sofa sleepover nap time; and then we started our Thursday at sunrise as normal.
Tai Chi was by the river; we had a quick breakfast; and then Naomi and Aiden moved on to other plans for the morning while we played at the lab or archives until lunchtime. That’s sounding a bit repetitive, but this week works for us to spend extra time at the lab; and we got a fair bit done today too. Another picnic lunch and biking afternoon kept us busy through until dinnertime; Naomi and Aiden were with their families again tonight; so we’ve had a quiet evening with Mom that included a bit or family business work; a Magi lesson; and bath or Jacuzzi time. We want a relatively-early bedtime; so that’s all we have for this update – except for the Cassie and Michael report.
They’re busy today – or their Friday – with site visits to two mountain villages, and while those communities are small compared to some of the bigger city projects; they are still important and mean a lot to all of us. They’ll do some sightseeing along the way too; so they’ll mix in some fun along with the work.
Okay, sleeping now is an option; so we’re out of here and going there!
