Happy 44th Birthday, Mom!
Our day began with a chilly Tai Chi by the river; we got cleaned up and ready for our birthday celebration adventures; and then headed for the Inn and the breakfast party that our aunts and uncles set up for Mom; and most of her hometown friends attended along with our family. That was a blast of fun; and now we’re only home long-enough to get Mom’s bags loaded up into the minivan now that she’s found out about her four-day weekend getaway. We are not going away for the rest of the week, but we are heading for the city too – along with the parents, cousins, and friends that are getting to help out with Mom’s birthday celebrations.
We aren’t going to be home until late – and not at our home tonight; so this early update is all we have for today; and the rest of the news will need to wait for tomorrow night.
