Ethan, Ehlana, Naomi, and Aiden:
The most-important news we want to relate tonight is that we have had an awesome couple of days with our family and friends. ‘What’ we did isn’t really all that important, so we’ll skip most of the details and just mention that major biking adventures, some caving, and picnic lunches were central to our outdoor adventures both yesterday and today; and the weather was awesome with a high around seventy yesterday and seventy-five today! Our video gaming, movies, sleepover, and play time with most of the usual gang of friends last night was amazing – even with the guy games that occasionally annoyed the girls at dinnertime and during parts of the evening. We did not have co-ed sofa sleepovers, but there was couple cuddle time during the movies; and there might have been more than two tween couples involved in that part of the fun. We won’t ‘out’ any of our friends for that, since those moments weren’t even noticed by anyone else; and those friends are not quite ready to cross over to that next level.
We stayed up way too late last night; had a nap; and then Tai Chi was freezing but outdoors anyway – a bit of calm before we were again busy with work and getting all of our friends fed. Mom went with boxes of Olde Bakery treats and a fruit salad for that meal; we didn’t end up having any food-related guy games because the usual ringleaders were too-tired to get into that this morning. Most of our friends left for their homes or elsewhere by nine o’clock; we had a couple of hours of chores to do after that; and then Mom set us free for another play afternoon and picnic lunch. Naomi and Aiden were with us all of the time – and still are; we got together with some of our friends for the biking and caving; and then it was just the four of us with Mom by dinnertime.
Our evening since then included an easy-meal; Mom did a Magi lesson with us; and then it was time to take turns having showers or Jacuzzi time. The girls needed longer for that than Aiden and I did, so we played video games for a while; and now we’re winding down toward a co-ed sofa sleepover with a movie, cuddle time, and a bedtime chat. We probably won’t last until the end of the movie, but need to catch up on our sleep; since we have a fairly-important day coming up – Mom’s birthday. The details of the plans for her special day – and the rest of our spring break – can wait until our next update, and that’s all we have for tonight; so we’re out of here and back to the real world. Stay tuned; since the fun level is definitely going to kick up a few notches by morning!
Until next time, this little blast from your near or distant past is written for you with love from Ethan Proctor and gang – twin junior Magi Masters of the Light!
