Happy 8th Birthday, Zack!
Congratulations, Cody and Caylee Carter – you’re pregnant!
While Zack’s special day will be the main focus of the rest of our day; we just finished having some fun with Cassie and May via video chat with the news that May’s favorite cowboy is going to be a father; so that was a nice cameo blast of fun for all of us! ;^)
The birthday adventures will be starting soon, but our plans for the night could get changed around if Brianna has her way; so this update is early; and the rest of the news from Zack’s party will need to wait for tomorrow. For our day so far, it was cool for Tai Chi by the river this morning – in the mid-forties; we had a standard school day breakfast; and then our adventures in learning were pretty good as we transition to Halloween-themed assignments and activities. The temperature warmed into the mid-seventies, so we had some outdoor time at school too; and now we’re about to head over to Uncle Adam and Aunt Leanne’s house for Zack’s party – which is going to start with a bike ride and checking out the park festival tear-down still in progress. Naomi and Aiden will help us out with junior kid control; we’ll hope for the best when Zack is sure to be in top form – or at his worst, depending on perspective; and we really need to get going now; so, until next time...
