Ethan and Ehlana:
The countdown feels on now to the holiday weekend, but our day hasn’t included any prep work for our incoming guests. Mom had some help from Cassie, Michael, and May with some advance cooking while we were at school, but then we also had our baseball practices and pizzeria pizza picnic during those practices too. Zack, Eli, and their buddies got through their entire practice without getting rained on, but our practices were cut short when a first round of thunderstorms moved into town. We got a bit wet before getting home, but it was warm out; so that didn’t really bother us. Cassie, Michael, and May moved on to spend the evening with his family, so another work and study evening with a Magi lesson and time-phasing to help with getting everything done was an option; we had fun with Mom and Dad while doing all of that; and now we’re tired out and ready to crash and nap. Our favorite collegians aren’t back yet, but we’re not going to wait up for them just to have short bedtime chats with them. If they have anything interesting to tell us about from their evening out, we’ll offer that news with our next report, but that’s all we have for tonight; so, until next time...
