Ehlana and Ethan:
Cassie and Michael are still having some issues with their work in Africa – in Niger today and tomorrow; and they are only getting more-determined to help with changing those situations for everyone stuck living under those conditions. We’re not trying to impose anything on the people we want to help, but we really do want everyone to be as blessed and happy as we are; and that just isn’t possible when constantly afraid of local bad guys that spend all of their time taking what they want by force. Those bad guys can also include governments, so we won’t fix everything with one trip, but we will do what we can; and we will eventually change the entire world!
Compared to that; our day has been uneventful. We had a good day at school; the high was around sixty this afternoon; and that’s why we opted for study and play time with our friends instead of going to the lab. We did the homework first; moved on to some biking on the trails; and then Ethan and I were home for dinner with Mom and Dad before we went to the lab to play-work with our books or beakers for a few hours. Okay, our time-phasing made that time closer to eight hours instead of three, but I was on a roll; and Ethan didn’t mind the extra time in his archives. We are tired now, though, so we’ve kept the bedtime computing to a minimum. We’re ready to ignore politics for a while as the rhetoric rolls on and nothing actually happens while we wait for the power to change hands in January. We would love it if that wasn’t the case, but it doesn’t seem likely for major changes to the wars or anything else because other world leaders seem to be very unsure about what will actually happen once President-elect Trump takes over.
We’re sure to have more on those stories eventually, but that’s all we have for this report, and we really are ready to get some sleep now; so we’re out of here.
Until next time, live with love, fellow Magi of the Light!
