Congratulations to Alicia and Doug Warren – you’re pregnant!
That’s the top news of the day; and it seems that starting families is all the rage this year for the couples that are around the same ages as Violet and Dillon. We’ll know next year whether there will be a worldwide, pandemic-related baby boom, but whether that happens or not; it will be a local joke for years to come! ;^)
Compared to that news, we’ve had a quiet day. Tai Chi by the river was chilly, but it warmed up into the mid-seventies again; so we’ll enjoy the warmth for as long as it lasts. Our home-school day was quiet and short; since Mom only had four of us at the house today; so we got our work done quickly. We also packed up the Halloween decorations; and then we just finished a blast of biking fun on the trails at the park with quite a few of our friends. Our stop here at home is to pack overnight bags for a sleepover at Naomi’s; so this is just a quick update before we move on to that – and the family-and-friends’ fun that the Seagers are hosting tonight.
