Happy 14th Birthday, Jaimie!
Ethan:
Our involvement in Jaimie’s big day was
limited to a breakfast vid-call and the gifts we sent her, but it’s the
weekend; so she’s having a party with her friends that has likely been more fun
that we’ve had tonight with our dinner and football or movie entertainment. We have had a good day, though, including our
time at school; the biking and park play with our friends after that; and the
family and friends evening meal. The
football game was pretty good, and our team won, but it just isn’t the same
without Michael and Tim; and I mean that for the excitement level of the game
as much as for the personal connections.
I do not have any sleepover guests tonight,
but Ehlana has Brianna and Faith with her; and it sounds as though they’ve had
fun tonight while choosing the movie over the football game for their evening
entertainment. Ehlana might have more to
offer on that, but I don’t have anything to add, and we have a chores day ahead
of us; so I’m going to wrap this up and get some sleep.
