Ethan's and Ehlana's Journals - February 19, 2019

Ethan:

Take yesterday; rinse and repeat; and only change our picnic dinner at the lab to chicken and three veggie options along with Olde Bakery desserts.

I will not bore you with my archives work.  If you really want to read all about that; there’s an archive and journals for that – though I wouldn’t advise reading that unless you are looking for help with sleeping! ;^)

I really don’t have any news from home; and I’m going to continue to leave the Cassie-drama updates to Ehlana.  That ongoing news about Philippe makes me mad; and that isn’t good for Magi Masters of any age.  If you’re inserting Star Wars mantras here – cut that out!

Okay, that’s all for me.  We’ve had a good day, if not very exciting; and we’ll likely have a third school and lab day tomorrow before taking Thursday off for game night.

Ethan – out!

Ehlana:

We just got the Cassie report through a bedtime chat after she got home.  Philippe stalked her all day; and then talked to her during her break mid-way through her evening class – the only time he managed to get close to her without any of her friends around to get in his way.  She tried to once again explain her decision to exclude him from her circle of friends; he’s still refusing to take no for an answer; and he tried grabbing at her again to keep her from leaving when he didn’t want her to go.  Cassie only knocked him away a couple of steps after he grabbed her shoulders, but he’s lucky that she didn’t do more than that to him.

I don’t get mad the same way Ethan does about this, but I’ll repeat yet again that nobody should have to deal with these kinds of problems; and I’m really glad that Cassie has the skills to defend herself.  That isn’t the case for other girls – or guys; which has a lot to do with why guys like Philippe actually believe that they can do whatever they want.

That’s all of the college drama for tonight, but there will be more; and I’ll keep you posted with the latest news as soon as we hear about anything important – like Philippe finally getting a clue and leaving Cassie alone!

This is Ehlana Proctor; coming to you live from what is now my past!
