Ethan:
We’ve had a quiet, normal Monday; Ehlana
and I played at the lab after school; and we had a work and study night with
Mom and Dad after dinner. A time phase
was involved with the work in the office, so we’re all in bed early, but we’ve
also had a long day too; so I’m just going to crash and nap – starting right
now.
Ethan – out!

Ehlana:
I don’t have any news from home either, but
will offer my take on some news from Cassie.
On the friends’ side of her college
adventure, Serena found out today that she made their women’s baseball team –
an accomplishment for any freshman. I’m
mentioning that because Cassie, Rowen, Michael, and Tim could all play college
sports if they wanted to do that, but aren’t; since they need to focus on their
education – especially when Cassie’s plan is already tough. They’ll get to find out just how tough sports
can be through their friend, and while I’m sure that all of the travel and fun
is brilliant; there would be no way for any of us to add in all of that extra
work for sports and keep up with Cassie’s double workload – or at least that
wouldn’t be possible without the Professors becoming suspicious over how anyone
could keep up with everything without cheating.
Next up, Cassie had more trouble of the
annoying kind again today thanks to Philippe.
That’s going to end badly for him if he doesn’t stop soon, since even
Cassie and Michael have their limits; and Cassie’s patience is definitely
running out.
I’ll try to be nice and hope that he doesn’t
find out how bad an idea it is to mess with one of the Ninja girls – for now!
Finally, I wish that we had an
Olympic-sized indoor pool to swim in here at home! Cassie, Michael, Rowen, and Tim have started
doing an early-morning swim at the rec center with some of their friends so
that Rowen and Tim can get some alternate exercise during the winter when they
can’t do the biking they like to do the rest of the year. We rarely get to swim during the winter –
unless we’re at a hotel with an indoor pool or during our few winter-time
vacations. When I get to college; I
might decide to go swimming every day all winter – or maybe even think about
signing up for the diving team; since they have an awesome diving tower too!
Okay, that’s all for tonight. We’ve had a good day even if it has been
quiet and uneventful; and it seems that we may be waiting until the end of the
week before the Valentine’s Day fun starts kicking up a notch or three around
here – even if some of the fun for kids our age comes from watching the teen
and tween drama; or the inevitable weird from some of the guys our age.
It’s time for me to get some sleep too, so
I’ll move on now; and get to that nap.
This is Ehlana Proctor; coming to you live
from what is now my past!
