Ethan and Ehlana:
Our news of the day begins with Jaimie and Kaitlyn arriving for a most-of-the-summer visit that includes summer jobs; and they are very happy to be here for Micah and Jeremy – I mean for those jobs! ;^)
We’ve spent some time with our cousins this afternoon, but they are going to be with Uncle Adam and Aunt Leanne for this week – except for the likely camping we’ll have when the weather permits. They’ll be starting those jobs tomorrow; Jaimie and Micah are going to work on environmental projects for the lab; and Kaitlyn is going to work with Aunt Leanne. While Jaimie and Kaitlyn were on the way here, most of our collective-family’s weekend guests headed for their own homes. We were involved in most of those farewells; we mixed in some work that included packing up our tent and camping gear; and then we were set free for the rest of the day through until our ball practices. It was hot today, so while we did some biking, we also swam a lot; had our picnic at the park; and then we wrapped up in time for the ball practices and Pizzeria picnic dinner.
By the time we got through those practices and meal, we were seriously hot and tired, but we still worked in the Office with Mom and Dad for a while with the help of a time phase; and we just wrapped up the bath or Jacuzzi time that Mom ordered after getting fairly-hot and dirty today.
We know that we are overdue for a major update, but don’t have that in us tonight; so look for us to make a serious attempt at actually doing that tomorrow night while we need to wrap this up and crash and nap for the rest of the night.
