Ethan and Ehlana:
We’ve had another cold day, but without any new snow; so we also had some outdoor play time at school and after we were set free for the weekend. That’s why we’re currently multi-tasking this early update with getting changed, cleaned up, and ready for our evening and sleepover plans after the snow play time with our sleds and snowboards – along with the usual snowball fights and games.
The Everetts are hosting the family-and-friends’ dinner and movie night, and we need to help Mom with getting our contributions to that meal ready; so we really need to speed this up and move on. Our school day was good, but uneventful except for the lunchtime snow play. We’re going to have Naomi and Aiden back here with us for another co-ed sofa sleepover after our evening at the Everetts; and the rest of that story can wait for our next report. Finally, while we don’t really need to do another pandemic report, we should mention that next-level milestones have been reached as we head into the weekend – 300 million confirmed cases worldwide and 60 million cases in our country. Yes, those are big numbers while also sure to be low compared to the true totals of everyone that has actually had the virus at least once, but when you compare that to the 7.8 billion number for world population; it can be a bit overwhelming to think of how much longer we’ll be dealing with this before Covid truly has spread around the world and to everyone.
We’re not going to let bad or sad thoughts get in the way of our family-and-friends’ fun plans for tonight, and really do need to go and help Mom now that we are nearly done with this update and getting our rooms and the lounge ready for later too, so that’s all for now; and we’re out of here!
Until next time, this little blast from your near or distant past is written for you with love from Ethan and Ehlana Proctor – twin junior Magi Masters of the Light!
